Ticket Redemption Information:

You must board the buses at the first stops are the Prado Museum for Route 1 and Plaza Neptuno for Route 2.

You can present confirmed booking voucher on (Smartphone/ Printed) to bus staff on board.

You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must keep until the expiry date/ tour.

Please check your ticket to know when it expires.

After exchanging your voucher for a ticket, your voucher will no longer be valid.

In loss of voucher/ticket, company is not liable for any refund.

Madrid Walking tour starts at 11:00am daily from Madrid City Center. You will get more info on board.
